How many cups of coffee does it take to get you through the day? And how many times do you actually get a good night’s sleep? When it comes to moderating your sleep, millenials have it rough. Between the 10 hour start-up culture work day, a few hours a week at the gym, and a few social hours with family, friends or an SO, young professionals today are forced to carve into their sleep hours in order to make time for the rest. Alterantively, there is a line when too much sleep can also be a detriment. As ancient Jewish wisdom promotes active moderation of sleep, we’ve interpretted that for the millenial entrepreneur as advice to “Snooze once… not twice.”
